What you'll learn

This qualification will also prepare 16-19 year olds and adults for junior entry-level leadership roles in management, entrepreneurship and other practitioner ventures. It delivers a solid foundation for leadership and entrepreneurship, covering areas such as problem solving, idea creation, IT and business environment, along side interpersonal skills.

Foundation Leadership Diploma with Problem Solving and Creation Synoptic Assessment

The synoptic assessment will ask students to apply knowledge and skills gained across the qualification in an integrated way, within a workplace, project or business context. To maintain the validity of the assessment, the simulated scenarios will change over time.

Entry Requirements

ProfCA Foundation Certificate or a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade A-C/ Grade 5 and above including Maths and English or a vocational qualification Level 2, plus GCSE grade D/3 in both maths and English. English & Maths Functional Skills Level 1 will be accepted as an alternative to GCSEs.
